Fred says, 'I enjoy training all horses to achieve their best and it is not always about winning, it is about the journey with that horse.' Fred's success is not limited to the horse industry, in 2015 he competed in the Outlaw Triathlon, an Iron distance race of a gruelling 140.6 miles finishing in the top 100 with a time of 10hours 44 minutes. He says about this 'You can accomplish a lot in sport with the right inspiration, a good plan and dedication to see it through.'
